Feeling off is exhausting. And no, you’re not imagining it.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve tried to do all the “right” things and still don’t feel good.

✔️ Your clothes don’t fit the way they used to.

✔️ You feel uncomfortable in your own body.

✔️ You wake up tired, even after a full night of sleep.

✔️ You feel bloated after meals and reach for stretchy pants by the afternoon.

✔️You are trying to eat well, maybe even eating less, but the scale isn’t cooperating.

You’ve saved posts. You’ve bought supplements. You’ve tried cutting foods.

You’re putting in effort. Your body just isn’t responding.

That’s frustrating.

I know this place well. I’ve been there too.

Hi, I’m Jen!

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who helps people stop guessing about food and start feeling confident in their body again.

I Thought I was doing Everything Right

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of chasing symptoms without fully understanding what my body needed.

I dealt with painful periods, relentless bloating that made me look six months pregnant by afternoon, unpredictable digestion, fatigue, cravings, and brain fog.

I went from doctor to doctor looking for answers.

I was diagnosed with PCOS.
I struggled with infertility.
I was treated for SIBO more times than I can count.
I followed low FODMAP.
Low fermentation.
Elimination diets with long “no” lists and very short “yes” lists.

I was handed protocols.

But I wasn’t taught how to live.

And I didn’t really know how to cook.

Now I had a restricted list of foods and no confidence in the kitchen. Food became stressful instead of nourishing.

And I kept wondering:

Why am I doing everything right and still not feeling better?

I know that feeling well

What Finally Changed

The shift didn’t happen because of one test or one perfect protocol.

It happened slowly. Over years.

I kept learning.
Peeling back layers.
Paying attention to patterns.

I stopped settling for surface answers. I invested in learning how my body actually works so I could get to the root instead of managing symptoms over and over again

What made my bloating worse?
What stabilized my energy?
Why did my cravings spike some days but not others?

I stopped obsessing over single “problem foods” and started focusing on systems.

I learned how digestion actually works.
How stomach acid and bile matter.
How blood sugar swings drive energy crashes and cravings.
How stress impacts hormones and gut function.

I improved my diet in ways that felt sustainable.
I learned how to build balanced meals.
I stepped away from processed foods and sugar in a structured way.

That experience led me to become a certified 21 Day Sugar Detox coach and start leading groups. I saw firsthand what happens when people remove the noise and give their body real nourishment.

Energy steadies.
Cravings calm.
Digestion improves.
Weight often begins to shift.

Not because of restriction.

Because the body finally feels supported.

From Confused to Confident

The biggest change wasn’t just symptom relief.

It was confidence.

Now, if my digestion feels off, I don’t spiral.
I don’t panic.
I don’t assume something is terribly wrong.

I see it as information.

A signal.

And I know how to adjust.

You can eat all the protein in the world, but if your digestion isn’t working well, your body can’t use it. That’s why we focus on how your body processes food, not just what’s on your plate.

That understanding carried me through bigger health challenges later, including an endometriosis diagnosis, excision surgery, and surgical menopause.

Because I had built strong foundations, my body was more resilient during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

That reinforced what I now teach every client:

When you focus on the right systems, your body responds.

Why This Became My Work

Leading nutrition groups showed me how powerful dietary shifts can be.

But I kept asking bigger questions.

Why does one person lose weight easily while another struggles? Why does bloating linger even when someone is eating well? Why do stress and hormones seem to derail progress?

I didn’t want surface level answers. I wanted to understand the full picture. I wanted deeper gut education.

I wanted to connect digestion, blood sugar, stress, hormones, and metabolism.

And I wanted to make this work official.

That’s what led me to continue my education through the Nutritional Therapy Association and become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

Helping people cut sugar was powerful. Helping them understand how their body works?

That’s transformative.

What Working Together Looks Like

When we work together, you won’t get a confusing, unsustainable forever “no food” list.

You’ll get clarity.

You’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing.

You’ll learn how to:

✔️Build balanced meals without spending hours in the kitchen

✔️Grocery shop without feeling overwhelmed

✔️Support digestion so your body can use the food you’re eating

✔️Stabilize energy and reduce cravings

✔️Understand which foods work for you and why

There may be seasons of structure.

But they’re intentional, strategic, and designed to simplify things, not complicate them.

You’ll know what to focus on first.

You’ll know what can wait.

You’ll know the next right steps instead of guessing.

And as you apply the foundations consistently, you’ll likely begin noticing:

More steady energy
Less bloating
Clothes fitting more comfortably
Clearer thinking
Calmer cravings

But even more important than that?

There’s less food noise.

Less second guessing.
Less mental chatter about every bite.

You’ll have tools and a clear framework that fit into a busy and full life.

“When I’ve worked with other nutritionists, they told me what to do. Jen helped me understand the why.”
